Federal Energy Minister Owais Ahmed Laghari has admitted that overbilling of crores of rupees is going on in the country. While giving a news conference in Islamabad, he said that those who are involved in theft should protest as much as they want. However, we believe that there are more than 20% of people involved in this work within our institutions. He said that our institution cannot afford, nor will anyone, to influence the remaining 80%, and use them to protect themselves, the people who benefit from the 20% theft, the officers, linemen, meter readers. And those consumers who are stealing, this Pakistan cannot bear their burden. Owais Leghari said that so many people are drowning the people's boat, now it is time that those who are stealing will be brought to justice.
